Does it cost anything to have one of your vending machines at my work place ?

Our vending machines are supplied free at no cost to you.

Can we have a choice of what goes in the vending machine ?

You may request products that aren’t on our selection list and most of the time we can provide it as we are an independent vending business and have access to all brands.

How often is our machine filled ?

The vending machine is serviced weekly, if necessary more often.

What happens when the vending machine stops working?

We have an immediate response to service the vending machine and get it back up and running. Most of the time its only a minor problem and we can assist the caller over the phone to solve the issue immediately.

Can we get a return from the vending machine sales ?

We can provide a rebate paid monthly to organisations and social clubs who want to use the vending machine to raise funds. Conditions apply.

What happens when the vending machine is low on stock ?

Our machines are back to base monitored which alerts us to low stock levels. As we service the machines regularly this will not happen.

Can we have cashless payments ?

Yes you can have cash and cashless payments at the same time.

Is there a contract in place ?

If you wish to have a contract you may but we don’t force people into a contract like some companies do.

Is your equipment insured ?

Yes we have public liability cover and all vending machines are insured against damage.
